A monthly rate is considered by the 1st day of the month to the 1st day of the next month. Any other arrangements for a monthly rate must be discussed and decided by owner. Only one car allowed in driveway. No empty boat trailers stored or parked on property. CHECK IN IS AFTER 4 P.M. ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL AND CHECK OUT IS AT 10 A.M. ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE. Deposit is forfeited if you cancel 90 days or less prior to your arrival date.

100% refund if canceled at least 90 days before arrival date.
